At Port Music, Movies, and Gift Shop we pride ourselves on our outstanding service. We hope that the following will help answer most of your questions.
Shipping Options and Charges:
North America
Canadian shipments are shipped International Airmail - all orders (including back-orders).
USA shipments are shipped US Mail, First Class.

Military Addresses
All APO/FPO addresses are shipped US Mail, First Class.

International
Orders for delivery outside of the United States and Canada are shipped via International Airmail. Because your parcel may pass through customs, your shipment may take as long as 4 to 6 weeks to arrive. Note, these rates will apply to back-ordered items as well. Please keep this in mind when placing your order.
Customs duties and taxes (non-U.S. destinations)
Your local government may impose import duties and/or VAT (Value Added Taxes) on shipments from outside your country. These charges are separate from Music Import's charges and are beyond our control or ability to predict. These charges (if any) are made payable to your government.
You are responsible for paying any taxes, duties and/or customs fees charged by your government. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

About Items with Multiple Sets
Multiple sets are charges as multiple items.
10inch and 12inch vinyl is equal to 3 cds per vinyl disc for shipping charges.
Shipping Status: All Orders
When your order ships from Port Music, Movies, and Gift Shop, you will receive an e-mail advising you of shipment. Tracking may not available on orders shipped via the US Postal Service.
A Note About Back-Orders
In rare instances, you may order a music CD or video that we do not have in stock. Should this happen, we'll ship what we have, and send the back-ordered item to you when it arrives. Shipping is assessed on both international and domestic back-orders. Please keep this in mind when placing your order.
Payment Methods Currency And Policy
At this time, Port Music, Movies, and Gift Shop accepts cards bearing a Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover logo for orders placed. The processing of international cards is no longer supported. We also accept payments through Pay-Pal. All prices are in United States currency. Foreign exchange rates are left to the discretion of credit card companies, and are considered outside the control of Port Music, Movies, and Gift Shop.
For additional protection, your credit card BILL TO Name + Address MUST match the SHIP TO Name + Address. We will not process your order if this basic criteria is not met.
Video Standards
All videos offered by Port Music, Movies, and Gift Shop are primarily in the NTSC format, which is the standard VHS format for North America.
Color Vinyl Record Disclaimer
Note that some listing may say colored vinyl; we cannot guarantee its accuracy. Our suppliers will not open sealed item to verify content. We are not responsible for inaccuracy of information available to our customers based on information from our suppliers and make no warranty or representation to the accuracy of this information. Keep this in mind before you order a color vinyl record from us.

Grading

We Use The "Goldmine Standard" Grading System:
M+ Mint Plus
New. Flawless, with no damage whatsoever.
VG+ Very Good Plus
Vinyl: May have scuff marks and signs of some wear but will still play almost perfectly throughout, with only "barely detectable" crackles or pops. A slight noise at the beginning is allowable, but the remainder must be nearly flawless.
Cover: May only have the slightest signs of normal wear.
VG Very Good
The majority of records (worth selling) fall under this grade.
Vinyl: May crackle, pop or make other annoying noises, but only
occasionally,never continuously, and not more loudly than the
music being listened to.
Cover: Normal used cover wear such as ring wear and split seams.
If there is abnormal damage such as tears or markings, but the seller still feels that it qualifies as a "VG", the damage must be described in comments attached to the item.
G+ Good Plus
Vinyl: May have continuous crackles, pops, etc... but not so loud as to make the music completely unlistenable or unenjoyable to the casual listener.
Cover: More than normal wear and tear.

Return Policy

RETURN: All Sales Are Final!
Everything we sale are non-returnable. All records, compact discs, magazines, merchandise, etc. whether domestic or imported are sold on a one way, firm sale, non-returnable basis.
Port Music, Movies, and Gift Shop will only accept the return of any item found to be defective. We will also accept the return of item we ship that was not ordered which is returned unopened. You must notify us via email within 3 business days after you receive your shipment. Please include a copy of your invoice and a note with your address and the reason for the return. We are unable to accept the return of any item because of the color of the vinyl or general disagreement with the artist.
CANCELLATIONS: You May Cancel Your Order Within 24 Hours
**Orders for items tagged as 'Special Order Item' that has been billed remain active for 60 days from the date of placement and CANNOT be cancelled. We will only cancel your order if the item is no longer available from our suppliers. **IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU UNDERSTAND THIS POINT BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER**
